Marbella is home ground for us: our office is in town, and our documented reference job is a villa driveway and carport here. A faded, cracked driveway can be cleaned, repaired and recoloured in two coats of resin paint, so it looks deep and even again without being dug up.

Which Marbella areas do you cover for driveway restoration?

Can you work inside gated urbanisations such as Sierra Blanca?
Yes. Gated communities have their own rules on contractor access, hours and vehicles. You or your property manager tell the gatehouse or community office when we are coming; we follow whatever procedure they have.
If the community requires contractor details in advance, ask us and we will send what is needed.
Owners who spend only part of the year here can leave the arrangements to their manager; the gatehouse simply needs to know who is expected and when.
Is garage floor painting in Marbella done the same way?

Do you need a permit for driveway resealing in Marbella?

At Avenida Antonio Belón 3, 29602 Marbella. Most first contacts happen by WhatsApp or the contact form, because a quote starts with your photos rather than a visit to the office. If a site visit is needed after we have seen the photos, we arrange it with you.
Can I see the Marbella driveway you restored?
You can see it in photographs on our projects page: the faded surface before, the crack repairs, the edge work under the pergola and the finished dark, glossy driveway. We do not publish the address or owner details, out of respect for the client's privacy.
Do you paint driveways in Sierra Blanca and other gated areas of Marbella?
Yes. We follow each urbanisation's rules for contractor access, working hours and vehicles. You or your manager notify security or the community office, and we bring whatever details they ask for. Planning access in advance avoids losing time at the gate.
Can you restore the carport under my pergola in Marbella?
Yes, if the floor is concrete, stamped concrete or pavers. Our reference job included exactly that: a carport under a thatched pergola, with careful brush work around each post. The pergola itself is not part of the work, but we protect its base.
How do I choose a colour for my Marbella driveway?
Look at the house, the walls and the gate. On the reference villa a dark tone was chosen, which hides tyre marks and gives a glossy, even look. Lighter colours stay cooler and suit some styles better. We advise from your photos; you decide.
Can you restore a communal garage in a Marbella apartment block?
Yes, when the community books it. Necessary maintenance of common elements is generally treated as mandatory under the Spanish horizontal property law, while improvements follow different voting rules; your administrator will confirm which applies. Can you restore a sloping driveway in the Marbella hills?
Yes, as long as the concrete is sound. On slopes, grip is important, so we choose a finish according to the manufacturer's data sheet. If the drive is cracking because the ground is moving, we will recommend a builder rather than paint. Our ramp page covers steep sections.
Can you work on my Marbella villa while I am away?
Yes. If you are abroad for part of the year, that is not a problem. A manager, gardener or key holder lets us in; we agree everything in writing and send photos at each stage. Nothing extra is added without your written approval.
What will you not do on a Marbella driveway?
We do not lay new paving, pour concrete, mark parking lines, coat industrial floors or carry out structural surveys. Our work is restoring an existing surface: cleaning, small repairs and two coats of colour. If your driveway needs more than that, we will tell you plainly.
